Reused Steel

Steel that can be reused in its present form through processing - No Smelting.

• Steel that has been smelted and turned into new steel by adding to raw materials.

• Blast furnace routed steel has a recycled content of 10-25%.

• Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) - Uses 100% scrap/recycled steel for structural steel.

• The vast majority of products have a recycled content.
