Public private partnership is a business corporation or business relationship

which is done by government company with one or more private businesses.

The partnership is done in order to reach specific goals or projects which have

been agreed by two parties. Public private partnership can be the government

company or the private business. The public private partnership company is

financed and also operated by the partnership between government and

private sector.

There are several public private partnerships in Indonesia, one of them is PT.

Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Persero!. PT. SMI is a company which works in the
