About Us

Welcome, my name is Carl Schriber with Absolute Financial Services. Absolute has provided new and

refurbished ATMs to Banks and Credit Unions across the country since 1994. I have been with the company since

1995, soon after the company first opened it’s doors.

Like myself many of the employees of Absolute come from ATM or ATM related backgrounds. Many of us have years of hands on experience at just about every level of the ATM process from driving them (network

processing), refurbishing them to servicing them. One thing we all have in common is our desire to keep our

customers 100% satisfied with Absolute and the products and services we provide.

What you won’t see in these pages is the effort we take to deliver a high quality product and service to you.

We have project coordinators, technical support managers and customer service personnel to take you

through the entire process from the time you place your order through on-going maintenance to ensure your

ATM Refurbishment Process

•The ATM is completely disassembled down to the bare casing.

•Any needed repairs and bodywork are done to the vault, top hat and fascia.

•The ATM is thoroughly cleaned after all repairs are made.

•The ATM is then prepared for painting (interior and exterior).

•The ATM is painted with a resilient paint to match current manufacturers colors for the specific model of ATM

being refurbished and to allow a long lasting finish that withstands the wear and tear of time and weather.

•While the paint is curing on the ATM, the subassemblies are being inspected to determine the level of

reconditioning needed to bring the parts up to a like-new condition.

•All subassemblies are repaired, cleaned, adjusted and thoroughly stress tested to ensure error free operation.

•All rollers, belts, gaskets and other naturally known wear and tear items are inspected and replaced as needed.

•All consumer and operator monitors are outfitted with ―New‖ tubes as standard practice.

•All mandatory field change orders from the manufacturer are adhered to at the time of refurbishment.

•The ATM is then reassembled to the configuration you desire with all reconditioned and/or new parts and

subassemblies and thoroughly tested by the refurbishment technician.

•All ADA compliance issues are adhered to.

•ATM printer and depositor ribbons are installed along with a new supply of paper on every ATM.

•Combination locks are set to the industry standard of ―50‖ to ensure easy access by your ATM service company

or security company so they can set you up with your private combination.

•Every ATM is shipped with a communications cable to hook up to your network’s modem, router or server.

•Every ATM is shipped with Alarm outputs that are tagged and identified for easy hook up by your alarm vendor.

•After the technician is completely finished with your fully refurbished like-new ATM, the Shop Manager will

thoroughly check out the operation, configuration and appearance of the ATM along with the Salesperson’s final

approval.

•The ATM is then palletized, wrapped in several layers of shrink-wrap and then banded and identified for the

shipping to your location.

•(2) Two complete sets of keys are secured to the ATM.

•We also add a quality control survey that we strongly encourage you to take the time to fill out.
