is part of a group of companies MOC Stara Tura. Parent company M.O.C. Stara Tura was established in 2001 as a project of preservati on and further development of manufacturing medical equipment brands CHIRANA in Stara Tura. Milestones traditi on of mechanical engineering and brand development CHIRANA in Stara Tura: 1935 - Czech industrialist Franti šek Michera laid the foundati ons for machinery factory in Stara Tura. Created a new factory focused to produce components for water meters and gas meters. 1947 - the factory in Stara Tura was delimited manufacture injecti on technique from disposed factory Injecta Kraslice in the Czech border. Product Range has gradually expanded to include sterilizati on, inhalati on and investi gati ve techniques, surgical instruments and other medical equipment products. 1958 - under the then name of Precise Mechanics - PREMA Stara Tura factory reached one of the fi rst internati onal successes at the World Expo in Brussels (Grand Prix was awarded World News - Big bronchoscopic set). 1963 - merge all manufacturers of medical equipment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the one producti on-economic unit. Factory in Stara Tura has become the leading nati onal company with affi liated nati onal factories CHIRANA PRAGUE and CHIRANA BRNO . 1965 - The manufacturers of medical technology have been integrated into a single enti ty which was named CHIRANA factories medical technology, trade union Stara Tura. 1967 - in III. quarter of 1967 was in Stara Tura produced the fi rst producti on series of dental units under the brand Chiradent. 1968 - The dynamic development records also the development department and producti on of respiratory and anestheti c techniques. 1988 - expansion of the producti on plan of assortment dental tools (initi ally been produced on the basis of licenses by KaVo), was later replaced by products from its own developmental workshops. 1991 - a transformati on from a state company into a public limited company. VENAR, variability and reliability

Anaestheti c device VENAR is a modern compact device with variability functi ons for administering inhalati on anesthesia by means of a mixture of oxygen, nitrous oxide (or air) and vapor unexplosive liquid anestheti c for all ages of pati ents from neonates to adults. The device VENAR off ers the user clear ergonomic anesthesia workstati on, which concept of soluti ons using latest technical and also medical knowledge in meeti ng all the safety requirements resulti ng from standards. The administrati on of inhalati on anesthesia device VENAR can be made as spontaneous, controlled manually or automati cally venti lati on through an integrated venti lator with a high level safety of pati ent and service. This security is highlighted by spirometric monitor in the venti lator and additi onal monitoring, which ensured a comprehensive monitoring administrati on of inhalati on anesthesia. The device VENAR provides besides controlled volume (CMV) or pressure controlled venti lati on (PCV), also synchronized intermitt ent mandatory venti lati on (SIMV-PS) and pressure support venti lati on (PS) for safe disconnecti on pati ent from the device.Version in basic equipment includes electric aspirator waste gas AGSS. The device VENAR can be equipped with arm breathing circuit, diff erent types of anestheti c vaporizers, additi onalmonitorand, so on.

Monitoring of anestheti c gas

One of the basic att ributes of safe inhalati on anesthesia LFA and MFA is the monitoring of vital parameters and functi ons. Monitoring of venti lati on parameters is integrated in the electronic venti lator and shown on display. To ensure the monitoring of vital functi ons of the pati ent - ECG, SpO2, NIBP, Temperature, IBP, AwRR the device can be assembled with monitors Chirana Icard with diff erent sets of monitored parameters. The system can simultaneously display four curves of anestheti c gases: CO2, N2O, O2 and the current anestheti c gas. The device VENAR TS is made based on the latest equipment needs of anestheti c departments. It has integrated monitoring (module Profi lungs) that also carries out the functi on of fl ow meter, allowing for comfortable and safe control and monitoring of the quanti ty and concentrati on of the incoming fresh gas to the pati ent. It performs all the

functi ons of Profi lungs (Computer assisted venti lati on, diagnosis of lung mechanicalproperti es, archiving, opti mizing ...) The device is controlled through 15 „touch screen. VENAR TS unifi es the features of previous versions of the device VENAR Libera and Omega into one conceptual soluti on. The basic version of device can be equipped with wide range of additi onal technologies and modules. VENAR TS can be made in version to work with Xenon, new and modern anestheti c. Workstati on of a doctor - anesthesiologist VENAR Omega meets the highest expectati ons. The device is equipped with modern electronic venti lator that works with all the basic venti lati on modes, controlled and synchronized; allowing the doctor to have complete control over pati ents. The device has an integrated monitoring ANEMON that while inspecti ng administrati on of anestheti c gases also performs full monitoring of inspirati on and expirati on. ANEMON also carries out the functi on of an electronic fl ow meter and provides detailed analysis of the pati ent‘s hemodynamic parameters. Inbuilt TFT display of the venti lator, as in the previous models, ensures advanced monitoring of mechanical parameters of the lungs.

Anaestheti c device VENAR Media New is the latest version of the anestheti c device of economic category of VENAR series. Compared with the previous model, it is characterized by the replacement of obsolete mechanical venti lator type „bellows in the roller“, by a new sophisti cated electronic servoventi lator with integrated membrane compressor. Basic version of device can be retrofi tt ed, if required, by electronic fl owmeter EFA, or an additi onal pati ent monitoring Chirana Icard.
