This Guide is ONLY for those who will be entering 5 or more entries in Screen It 2015. If you are entering fewer than 5 download the appropriate guide at www.acmi.net.au/screenit
1. Name your videogame or video file
Primary SecondaryCat 1 is Primary Animation Cat 4 is Secondary AnimationCat 2 is Primary Live Action Cat 5 is Secondary Live ActionCat 3 is Primary Videogame Cat 6 is Secondary Videogame
Important: name your file in the following format. Add a sequencial number to the end of each file indicating it’s a bulk entry.
‘Cat#_school name’ eg. ‘Cat2_underwoodprimary4’
2. Write synopsis and save a list of names of students
- Save a 50-60 word synopsis and a list of all the participating students for each entry putting them into a text document ready to paste into the online entry form.
3. Place your files on a USB memory stick
(Remember – the following steps are only for those entering 5 or more entries)- Make a copy of each game or video file and place them on a USB memory stick
(ensure you have saved a copy for of each at your location).

- Copy the text file with the student names, the synopses and your email contact details onto the USB stick. (Once again, ensure you have saved a copy of each at your location).
4. Post your USB to Screen It
- Put the USB memory stick into a padded envelope and post it to:

- Post items must be date stamped by the Australia Post 5pm 21 September or before.
5. Complete the Screen It online entry form.
Go to: http://projects.acmi.net.au/screenit/2015/entry/
- Copy the URL of your newly uploaded video and paste it into the online form when prompted.Note: Select ‘Yes’ to the option for ‘5 or more copies’ in step three of the entry form. This will mean that you only need enter your contact details in once. You must however complete a separate form for all entries.
