Action for 5G regulation
Article 1. Subject:
"Action for 5G" is an initiative promoted by Vodafone Italia
SpA subject to the management and coordination of Vodafone
Group PLC. (Hereinafter referred to as "Vodafone Group") with
registered office in Italy, Via Jervis n. 13, 10015 Ivrea (TO)
and headquarters in Via Lorenteggio 240 - 20147 Milan (MI), tax
code 93026890017 and registration number in the Turin Business
Register no. 93026890017, VAT number 08539010010, REA n. 974956
(hereinafter referred to as "Vodafone Italy").
5G is causing discontinuity in a new phase of digital
innovation. Vodafone Italia, historic leader in innovation,
strongly believes in the importance of seizing the new
opportunities that 5G will offer and is ready to support the
development of infrastructures that will enable innovative
services.
The objective of "Action for 5G " (hereinafter referred to as
"the Bid"), created in collaboration with PoliHub, an incubator
of the Milan Polytechnic University and managed by the Milan
Polytechnic Foundation, is to stimulate and support innovative
projects that see opportunities in 5G:
• Enhance the development of 5G high-tech and productive
environment, paving the way for commercial phase
• help define the future standards of new technology
• promote knowledge and skills that allow maximum use of new
generation networks
• be a stimulus to creativity in the development of services
and applications that maximize the social, economic and
environmental impact of digital transformation
• make the communications infrastructure a new highly
integrated and molded substrate on the local territory.
The Bid offers funding and technical and planning advice on 5G
for the development of the projects submitted. It also offers
access to the Vodafone Italia Open Lab, the Milan Polytechnic
University Lab Campus and the Polihub spaces where 5G base
radio stations have been installed to allow, in all three
laboratories, the development and testing of prototypes under
%G coverage.
Vodafone Italy will provide up to 1 Million Euro for each
selected project for a total of 2.5 million euros worth of
investments, with no repayment obligation limited to cases
other than the "Seed Capital" referred to in Article 6 below.
Any remaining funds can be reinvested in the subsequent "Action
for 5G" Bids or in the projects under this Bid of interest,
even if they are not winners. Highly strategic projects for
Vodafone Italy will also be able to benefit from any additional
investment, if justified by the spending budget, supported by
the funds allocated to the next Bids.
Article 2. Fields
The "Action for 5G" Bid awards projects, solutions and
innovations that are particularly synergetic with the strategy
of Vodafone Italy and Vodafone Group and with the development
of sectors considered as priority:
• agriculture and precision farming
• automotive
• education 4.0
• energy and smart grid
• entertainment and gaming
• health care
• insurance
• logistics
• retail and manufacturing
• smart building
• smart city
• smart home
• surveillance and security
• wellbeing and sport tech
having the characteristics according to Art. 3 and putting in
place at least one of the following “5G factors":
• ultra-mobile broadband: solutions that require greater
connection speed on the go and / or high transmission
bandwidth (10-100 Mbps / user peaks of 1-20 Gbps) such as,
for example, live streaming in 4K, video sensors for real
time services, machine learning and video recognition,
multi-sensorial distance communication, augmented
communication in Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality /
Mixed Reality (AR / VR / MR)
• millions of connections: solutions that require a high
number of devices or sensors connected (100,000 - 1
Million connected devices per km2) with low energy
consumption such as, for example, precision farming
solutions, asset tracking, predictive management,
predictive maintenance, infrastructures management sensors
o solutions and / or services for cities
• millisecond latency: solutions that require ultra-reliable
and / or low latency communications (1-10 ms) such as, for
example, semi-autonomous driving, connected and
collaborative vehicles, real-time public safety services,
robots / drones with human-machine interaction, edge
computing and artificial intelligence (AI) in real time,
haptic and interactive wearables / medical devices.
Article 3. Requirements, conditions and terms of participation
The Bid is accessible to the subjects listed below meeting the
following requirements:
• Active startups with solid data(e.g. turnover, customers)
and trained and dedicated teams
• Small and Medium Enterprises ("SME") with assets,
resources and teams dedicated to the project submitted
• Social Enterprises operating in sectors considered
socially useful with assets, resources and teams dedicated
to the project submitted.
Participation in the Bid is not permitted to employees of
Vodafone Group, Vodafone Italy and its subsidiaries,
affiliates.
Participation in the Bid is open to the legal entities that
collaborate with Vodafone Italia in 5G Pre-commercial Trial in
Milan Metropolitan Area, as per the frequency assignment
procedure announced by the MISE pursuant to the Directive prot.
n. 18436 of 16 March 2017, provided the projects submitted are
different from the scope of the Trial.
Participation in the Bid for bids by legal entities
collaborating in other pre-commercial 5G Trials in Italy is not
permitted, as per the frequency assignment procedure announced
by the MISE pursuant to the Directive prot. n. 18436 of 16
March 2017.
The projects must be characterized by at least one of the 5G
Factors, as indicated in Art. 2, and may be in one of the
following stages of progress:
• "Ready to market": product / service already marketed or
ready to enter the market with the use of current
technologies (e.g. 4G, IoT) and for which 5G will
significantly improve the existing functionalities and /
or enable new ones and / or open new segments of market
• "Validated prototype": There is a working prototype,
tested and validated on the market with the use of current
technologies (e.g. 4G, IoT) and for which 5G will
significantly improve the existing functionalities and /
or enable new ones and / or open new segments of the
market
• "Prototype": There is a first laboratory prototype not yet
validated by the use of current technologies (e.g 4G, IoT)
and for which 5G will significantly improve the existing
functions and / or enable new and / or open new market
segments
• "Idea 5G": is an innovative idea that can be realized and
launched on the market exclusively with the new 5G
technology, a unique and distinctive concept, capable of
transforming into a Prototype by December 2019.
Projects for which 5G does not significantly improve existing
features, new ones or do not open new market segments will not
be considered eligible. Furthermore, ideas will not be
considered admissible if a prototype can be developed using
current technologies (e.g. 4G, IoT) and 5G is not necessary at
all.
Article 4. Bid invitation "Action for 5G"
The Bid is structured according to Phases and provides loans
and resources "in kind" to support the development of only
startup projects and companies that can pass the selection
phases (see details of the Phases in Article 5):
• the pre-selected projects that reach " 5G design phase
will receive "in kind" resources (defined in Article 6)
and / or a first cash loan up to € 50,000 per project to
be used to finalize 5G functionality of your product and
develop an explanatory demo of the solution for
presentation to the Board
• Finalists that access the "Development and Lab Test" Phase
will be able to take advantage of Vodafone Italia's
experimental 5G infrastructure, work spaces and test
laboratories and will receive a second cash loan up to €
150,000 per project to be able to experiment with the new
product / service, make necessary fine-tuning, create a
first working prototype validated on the market by
optimizing its integration with 5G network and
architecture
• Winner projects will receive up to € 1,000,000 per project
in cash and / or "in kind" to support the finalization of
product development and commercial launch on the market
based on the spending plan presented to the Board and in
compliance with the related milestones.
Article 5. Bid phases and terms
Action for 5G is divided into the following phases and terms:
I. Applications: until 01/31/2019
II. Evaluation of applications and pre-selection: February -
March 2019
III. 5G design: April - June 2019
IV. Presentation and selection of Finalists: July 2019
V. Development and Lab Test: August - December 2019
VI. Demo Day and selection of the winning projects: December
2019
I. Applications (until 31/01/2019)
Participation in "Action for 5G" Bid is free of charge. The
candidates must submit by 5.00 pm on 01/31/2019 on the website
www.actionfor5g.it and proceed to:
● registration of the startup, SME or Social Enterprise and of
the project you intend to apply for on the site
www.actionfor5g.it, after that the candidate can participate in
5G workshop, organized in the Vodafone Village in Milan during
Phase I of Application, to acquire the basic know-how on 5G
useful for finalizing the application
● full completion of the application form related to the
project, the company and the team members (for each
application a main contact must be indicated)
● uploading the attachments:
o CV of all team members
o slide presentation in pdf format of the project
that includes a detailed work and expense plan for
the different phases of the "Action for 5G" Bid and
the estimated time frame for the commercial launch
of a 5G project
o any technical annexes and / or tables or other
elements useful for the evaluation
● addition of a video pitch URL 4/7 minutes long on a free
access platforms (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo) presenting and
describing the project, possibly through the use of video
animations and video demos. If the video display is
password protected, it will be necessary to provide it
when filling in the application form.
All required documents can be attached in Italian or English.
It is possible to complete the registration in more steps by
saving your application on the way. To correctly apply for your
project and reach the Evaluation phase and preselection (Phase
II) it is necessary to fill in all the mandatory fields of the
application form and send your application. Only when you
receive confirmation email from [email protected] is the
application sent correctly.
Each participant, by submitting his / her application under the
terms described above:
a) declares to fully accept this Bid
b) declares that all information provided to Vodafone Italia is
true
c) declares and guarantees the authorship and full availability
of the project presented as well as the exclusive ownership
of all the rights thereto
d) declares to be entirely responsible for the contents of the
visual and textual material transmitted
e) declares to be aware that presentation of incomplete and / or
non-compliant documentation is a cause of exclusion from the
initiative
f) expressly authorizes the processing of personal data in
compliance with what is specified in the following Art. 9 of
this Bid, in compliance with the legislation on the
protection of personal data
g) pursuant to the current anti-mafia legislation, declares not
to be subject to prohibition, forfeit or suspension envisaged
by art. 67 of Legislative Decree no. 159/2011 as amended
h) declares that the computerized penal register of Public
Prosecutor's office competent for the territory has no
records in his name
i) pursuant to the current anti-money laundering legislation, it
declares, under its own personal responsibility, that the
data, the information provided, the declarations in
connection with the company and / or natural persons are true
j) declares to accept all the decisions of the assessment
bodies, recognizing that these shall be unquestionable and
may not be appealed against at any body
k) declares to indemnify and hold Vodafone Italia and PoliHub
harmless against any claims that may be raised by third
parties in relation to their project and / or its publication
and / or exploitation, including economically
l) declares to be aware that the project would be excluded from
the initiative if it were to be found in whole or in part
copied or created in violation of the rights of others
m) declares to know the information on the project, if selected,
may be made public by Vodafone Italia or Vodafone Group
without prejudice to the right to privacy on the innovative
content thereof.
II. Evaluation of applications and preselection (February -
March 2019)
Applications will be examined at the discretion of Vodafone
Italia by the Evaluation Committee and / or the Board (as
described in the following Art. 8). Vodafone Italia reserves
the right to request additional information to the
documentation sent and to Bid the applicant(s) for an in-depth
interview in person or via videoconference (e.g. Skype).
The pre-selection process will be based on the evaluation
criteria described in the following Art. 7 and will lead to the
selection of the projects that will gain access to the 5G
Design Phase described in the following section III.
The pre-selected projects will be Bided to sign a framework
program agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Framework
Agreement" or "FA")in connection with the entire "Action for
5G” Bid and will be subject to due diligence by Italian
investors operating in highly innovative and technological
sectors and external consultants / advisors.
III. 5G Design(April - June 2019)
The Preselected teams that access the 5G Design Phase will be
provided with:
• a cash loan of up to € 50,000 per project, based on the
work plan presented in the application phase and possibly
validated during Phase II of Evaluation and Pre-selection
• technical/specialist consultancy services provided by
Vodafone Italia and / or PoliHub.
The preselected candidates will also can access the Vodafone
Italia Open Lab to test their project under experimental 5G
technology and terminals.
The financing and the services provided must be used to
finalize the integration of %G into their product / service and
to develop an explanatory demo of the proposed solution to be
presented to the Board at the end of Phase III. This phase will
make it possible to acquire specific know-how and to develop
software and / or the hardware integrating the existing product
/ service or to produce a "proof of concept" (hereinafter
referred to as "POC") explaining the impact and benefits
deriving from the use of 5G technology as well as the
synergistic value for the Vodafone Italia strategy.
In particular, the services provided by Vodafone Italia in this
phase consist of:
• Specific advice and support on 5G technology with
dedicated sessions with Technical Expert of Vodafone
Italia, Milan Polytechnic University and any other
technological partners
• Validation of market potential and possible development of
the project with the support of one or more Vodafone
Italia and / or PoliHub mentors experienced in the sector
relevant to the project
• Support for the creation of a demo / mockup / POC of the
candidate project with cash distributions and possible
access, upon request, to laboratories and infrastructures
in the 5G areas of the Open Lab of Vodafone Italia and /
or of the Campus Open Lab of the Milan Polytechnic
University and / or of PoliHub, for 5G integration.
IV. Presentation and selection of Finalist projects (July 2019)
At the end of the "5G Design" phase the teams will have to
deliver a Project Review of the candidate project demonstrating
the impact and significance of 5G for the project during a
presentation (so Bided "Extended pitch") to the Evaluation
Committee and the Board. Project Review and "extended pitch"
must include:
• 5-year business plan
• business model (target segments, distribution model, value
chain)
• 3-year financial plan detailing KPIs, turnover and cost
drivers and indication of the funding required per phase
against specific investments
• 5G detail architecture with all end-to-end data flows
• detailed operational plan with related milestones,
deliverables and KPIs (as defined in Article 7) for the
subsequent Development and Lab Test
• spending plan detailing the nature of the costs and effort
for the subsequent Development and Lab Test
• mockup / Product demo.
During this phase, the candidate must also provide data and
information necessary to complete the due diligence that will
lead to the overall assessment of the project and the company,
including an economic-financial assessment and assessment of
sustainability and scalability, supporting the Board in the
identification of companies that will join phase V and will
have access to the funding tranches (as defined in Article 6).
At the end of this phase the Board will select the Finalist
projects that will access the next Stage of Development and Lab
Test.
V. Development and Lab Test (August - December 2019)
In Development and Test Phase the Finalist projects will have
to achieve specific results including the development,
technical and market validation of the first 5G functioning
prototype based on the detailed operational plan presented at
the end of Phase IV .
Finalist teams will receive a second cash loan up to € 150,000
per each project in Phase V based on the detailed operational
plan presented in Phase IV and access to 5G areas of the
Vodafone Italy Open Lab and Polytechnic University Campus Open
Lab areas will be provided for the development of 5G technology
integration as well as 5G terminals and KPI measurements and
validations. Finalist companies will also be able to access, on
request, the PoliHub workspaces and infrastructures and, at
discretion of Vodafone Italia, selected Vodafone Italia
customers for the validation and "live test" of their
prototype.
VI. Demo Day and selection of the Winners (December 2019)
At the end of the Development and Lab Test Phase the teams will
be asked to present their working prototype made using 5G
technology to the Board during a Demo Day organized at the
Vodafone Village in Milan, with the aim of demonstrating the
key functionalities enabled by 5G, end-to-end user experience
and the market validation obtained.
Following the Demo Day, the Board will select the Winners who
will access the financing for the completion of the development
and the commercial launch on the market of the developed
product for a total value, based on the detailed operational
plan presented in Phase IV, up to € 1,000,000 in cash and / or
in "in kind" services such as, for example, marketing and
communication for the launch of the product and use of the
sales force and Vodafone Italia distribution channels for
market entry. The Winners will continue to be followed even at
the end of this Bid to monitor their development and progress
on the market through dedicated periodic meetings.
At the end of this phase, in the event of product or user
experience synergy, the possibility of including the Winner of
this Bid fin the Use Cases within Vodafone 5G Experimentation
in the Metropolitan Area of Milan (according to the frequency
assignment procedure announced by the MISE pursuant to the
Directive Resolution No. 18436 of 16 March 2017)to be carried
out independently of the initiatives promoted by the Bid
“Action for 5G".
Article 6. Funds distribution
The preselected participants, whose projects get access to the
5G Design, will be Bided to sign a Programmatic Framework
Agreement which will govern, among other things, the assignment
of contributions and participation in the subsequent phases of
"Action for 5G".
For the subscription of the FA a full-time commitment of the
CEO and the management will be required while for SMEs will
have to create a dedicated spin-off.
The investment by Vodafone Italia, after due diligence and at
the end of Phases II, IV and VI, will be governed by an
appropriate Distribution Agreement (so Bided "DA") and may take
place through one of the following methods or a combination
thereof:
• "Seed Capital" with Vodafone Italia "lead investor", if the
Preselected, Finalist or Winner project is particularly
strategic: cash distribution upon assignment of the following
rights to Vodafone Italia:
o Share in the candidate’s capital with 30% discount
compared to the current market price at the moment of
purchase and appointment of Vodafone Italia
representative to the company's governing body ("Board
Seat"), exercisable within 24 months following the
financing
o Exclusive right, non-competition clause and preferred
economic conditions for the marketing of the solution
for a period of 24 months from the market launch under
5G
• "In Kind" with Vodafone Italia "industrial partner", if the
Preselected project, Finalist or Winner project is of
commercial interest: supply of services and resources
Vodafone Italia ("in kind") to support and market the project
upon assignment of the following rights to Vodafone Italia:
either "first look" (to be informed before others) and
pre-emption (to be preferred as investor) for any
subsequent financing for 24 months after the execution of
DA.
or exclusive right, non-competition clause and better
economic conditions for the marketing of the solution for
a period of 24 months from the market launch under 5G
• "Pre-Seed" with a “first look” agreement in favor of Vodafone
Italia, if the Preselected, Finalist or Winner project is
extremely innovative but requires further design: cash loans
to support the development of the project.
Funds may be disbursed in several tranches based on the
operational plan presented by the Preselected, Finalist or
Winner teams in the previous phases and consistently with its
implementation and the achievement of the planned milestones.
The preselected participants, finalists or winners also
undertake to:
I. during the signing of the application form and during the
validity period of the FA, report any conflict of interest
with Vodafone Italia and Vodafone Group, in terms of
economic interests and / or personal relationships
II. carry out the project during the period and in the manner
provided for in the FA
III. maintain exclusive ownership of the respective
intellectual property rights.
Article 7. Evaluation criteria
The assessment and selection bodies (referred to in Article 8)
will evaluate the projects, duly received and considered
admissible, according to the following evaluation criteria:
1. use of 5G as an enabling and distinctive factor to
maximize the effectiveness of the product / service, open
new areas / sectors , expand market potential, launch
additional services, etc.
2. technological and business innovation of the solution
3. technical feasibility with solution and prototype testing
that can be completed during the Bid
4. Economic sustainability
5. quality, skills and commitment of the Dedicated team
6. scalability and replicability
7. concreteness of the work operational plan presented and
achievability of the milestones
8. measurability of KPIs of the presented plan.
Clarity and effectiveness in the presentation of the project
will be considered a rewarding element (so Bided “pitch”).
The judgment of the assessment bodies is final and may not be
appealed against at any bodies.
Article 8. Evaluation bodies
The evaluation bodies of the "Action for 5G" Bid are:
• The Evaluation Committee, responsible for the preselection of
candidates with the right to request actions from the Board,
compliance with the eligibility criteria and verification of
milestone and deliverables, is composed of:
➢ Vodafone Italia representatives
➢ Polytechnic University representatives
➢ PoliHub representatives
• The Board, in charge of defining the methods for funds
distribution, possible evaluation of the pre-selected
projects, selection of the Finalist and Winner projects, is
composed of:
➢ Vodafone Italia representatives
➢ Vodafone Group representative
➢ external representatives from the financial world /
Venture Capital
➢ PoliHub representative
Article 9. Protection of privacy and confidentiality
According to the Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the
national legislation in force, as amended by the aforementioned
Regulation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 so Bided "Privacy
protection Code" and Legislative Decree 101/2018), the data
provided by the participants in this initiative will be
processed by Vodafone Italia and PoliHub, as Data Controllers,
in accordance with the provisions contained in the relevant
Code for the protection of personal data and the legislation in
force concerning the protection of personal data, as well as
the contents referred to in the privacy statement at
www.actionfor5g.it that the participant shall accept at the
time of registration.
The processing of the data will be carried out using manual,
computerized and telematic tools, and through automated
processing, in the ways and within the limits indicated in this
Bid and for the purposes referred to in the "Action for 5G"
initiative. In order to achieve these aims, the data provided
may also be communicated to third parties involved in the
performance of the activities (e.g. public or private entities
for the fulfillment of the obligations envisaged by law). The
data may also be processed by internal managers or employees
(Vodafone Italia or Vodafone Group employees), and by companies
and / or external parties that carry out specific activities on
behalf of Vodafone Italia for the purposes strictly related to
the initiative indicated above.
The transmission of data is mandatory and the failure to
communicate them results in termination of the participation.
For any further information, please read the information
related to the initiative.
As part of the "Action for 5G" initiative, for the purpose of
carrying out all the activities envisaged therein, all the
parties involved, both the selected candidates and the
organizers (Vodafone Italia and PoliHub) will be allowed to
acquire, directly or indirectly, information, data, documents
of confidential nature ("Confidential Information").
In order to mutually guarantee the confidentiality of the
Confidential Information, the selected candidates will be
requested to sign a confidentiality agreement that will govern
the criteria, methods and limits applicable to the acquisition
and use of such Confidential Information.
With reference to the selected projects, Vodafone Italia
reserves the right from now on to make these data public
without prejudice to the creators’ confidentiality rights in
connection with innovative content therein.
Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, at
any time the participants can access the personal data
concerning them, know their origin, the way they are used, have
them updated, corrected , supplemented or removed, depending on
cases, request the limitation of the processing and oppose
their use by writing to the email address [email protected].
Interested parties also have the right to lodge a complaint
with the competent authority.
The data controllers are Vodafone Italia SpA and PoliHub
Servizi srl
Article 10. Limitation of liability
Vodafone Italia and PoliHub will in no way be held responsible
for any technical malfunctions, in hardware or software,
interruptions of network connections, failed user
registrations, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible,
damaged, lost, delayed, incorrectly addressed or intercepted,
or for any registrations that have not been received, for
electronic or other communications that have been delayed or
other technical problems related to the registration and
uploading of contents within the present initiative. Applicants
will therefore not be able to make any claims for compensation
in any way in relation to the events.
Vodafone Italia and PoliHub are also exempt from any
responsibility for any damage to things and / or people that
may be caused, directly or indirectly, by the participants or
by any "external assistants" in carrying out the different
phases of the program.
Article 11. Guarantees and indemnities
The participants of "Action for 5G" initiative guarantee that
the contents sent:
• do not contain illicit material, prohibited by law or
contrary to what is indicated in this Bid
• do not contain material in violation of third-party
rights, positions or claims (with reference to the law on
copyright and industrial property and other applicable
laws or regulations)
• are freely and legitimately usable in compliance with the
provisions of this Bid because the participant is the
owner of respective rights, or because he/she has acquired
consent from all the entitled parties, having guaranteed
full compliance and / or respect of the rights, including
of an economic nature, belonging to the authors of the
contents and / or works from which these contents derive
and / or are extracted, or to other subjects entitled or
subjects with the rights reserved pursuant to law.
All those participating in the "Action for 5G" initiative
declare that they are aware that the responsibility, including
penalties, for the contents of the projects delivered, for the
purpose of participating in the initiative governed by this
Bid, are their sole and exclusive responsibility, holding
Vodafone Italia and PoliHub harmless against any claim and / or
legal action put forward by any third party. Vodafone Italia
and PoliHub also reiterate their non-involvement in any acts
and behavior during the event by the individual participants if
such should be carried out in violation of the current civil
and criminal legislation.
Article 12. Intellectual property and publication rights
Whatever transmitted in the application submission phase and
described in the previous Art. 5 (I), shall remain in the
ownership of the participants with the right to be used by the
organizing and selecting party and selection for the purposes
strictly related to “Action for 5G ”.
Should the execution of the activities under this Bid lead to
works protected by industrial protection law (for example:
patents, know-how, software, publications, etc.) Vodafone
Italia will get right from that moment to use and economically
exploit these works in an exclusive manner and free of charge
for a period of 24 months from the signing of DA.
Participants guarantee that, when submitting applications and
carrying out the activities referred to in this Bid, industrial
property rights (patents, copyrights or any other intellectual
property rights of third parties) in any way are not violated
by "Action for 5G" initiative and to this end, as of now,
assume all the charges and expenses arising from the potential
violation of the aforementioned rights of third parties,
holding Vodafone Italia and PoliHub harmless against any
responsibility and any and all charges and expenses, including
legal expenses.
Submitting their application for "Action for 5G", the
candidates also authorize Vodafone Italia:
(i) to use one's name and image as well as identifying signs or
relative distinctive features of the project, in materials and
for dissemination purposes
(ii) to publish project and related non-confidential materials
on any website attributable to Vodafone Italia
(iii) to exhibit and the represent project and the related non-
confidential materials during congresses, conferences, seminars

(iv) to disclose information to any third parties interested in
investing and / or contributing in any way to the development,
marketing and economic use of the project.
Article 13. Acceptance of the Bid
Participation in the "Action for 5G" initiative implies total
acceptance of the conditions of this Bid, which the
participants declare to have read, understood and accepted.
Non-acceptance of the Bid and failure to complete the
Application Form in all its parts, accurately or truthfully
entail the exclusion from the initiative and loss of any right
to any recognition, with waiver of any form of compensation
from Vodafone Italia and PoliHub.
Article 14. Bid updates
Any updates relating to this Bid or to the terms and conditions
for submitting applications will be published on the website
www.actionfor5g.it.
Article 15. Dispute
This Bid is governed by Italian law. All disputes shall be
referred to the court of Milan.
