Cordover is co-editor and co-author with Forrest (Woody) Mosten of Building A Successful Collaborative Family Law Practice (ABA 2018). He is an incoming member of the IACP Executive Board and a former president of Next Generation Divorce, growing it to become the largest local practice group in the U.S. He practices exclusively in out-of-court dispute resolution in Tampa, Florida. Enid Miller Ponn chose to exclusively limit her practice to non- adversarial dispute resolution techniques and processes in the year 2000. She litigated divorces for the first 15 years of her practice, but now facilitates peaceful resolution for families either through collaborative practice or as mediator where she incorporates creative approaches and methodologies. Kevin R. Scudder has built a successful law practice in Seattle, Washington that incorporates his values of compassion and integrity, as well as intellectual / emotional growth and development. He is a full-time Peacemaker working on out-of-court, client-focused resolutions. Kevin is a Collaborative Trainer and a regular contributor to the Collaborative literary community.

Robert J. Merlin exclusively practices family law, primarily in Coral Gables, Florida. He specializes in Collaborative Family Law and other non-adversarial processes to help clients resolve their family matters privately, respectfully and without litigating in court.

Brian Galbraith is a lawyer in Barrie, Ontario, Canada where he is the owner of a 12 lawyer family law firm. Brian is a leader of Collaborative Practice in Canada having helped establish it in the early days and he has mediated hundreds of family law cases.

Melissa Sulkowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania who has been working with families for more than 24 years. She spends her days as a full time Peacemaker and is the owner of Nurturinse, a practice that promotes a holistic approach. Melissa is also a trainer on dispute resolution processes and her views have been published in multiple formats.
