INSTRUCTIONS

1. East Delhi Swimming Club (EDSC) will be conducting this meet and the FINA rules will

be observed.

2. Organizers have the right to change the program or cancel any event.

3. Entries of Swimmers shall be accepted only from the present School/Club to which he

or she belongs.

4. No individual will be allowed to take part as an Independent Swimmer.

5. In case of entries (actual participant) are less than three in any event, the particular

event will be cancelled.

6. No Swimmer will be allowed to participate without submitting the age certificate alongwith

the entry form and he or she will bring their identity card during the championship.

7. The participant must be a student of school in East Delhi. Ghaziabad or NaiDA.

8. Each swimmer will be allowed to take part in their age group only.

9. An individual can take part in maximum 3 events & Relay.

10. If the entry form found incomplete in any respect, the institution shall not be allowed to

take part in the event.

11. No entries will be accepted after the due date and time i.e1th Augusl,2014 upto 06:00

p.m.

12. All officials and participants should report at 08:30 a.m. sharp for the opening ceremony

on 9th August.2014.
