The Vision
AGRO Merchants Group completed its much awaited Rotterdam-Maasvlakte facility, adding 18,000 pallets of frozen and chilled space to the market. The company began construction in February 2016 to expand its service offering to its client base in a critical port hub location.
AGRO Merchants Rotterdam-Maasvlakte will provide comprehensive services for the meat and seafood industry.

A Superior Thermal Performance... 20% Better!
With the lambda value of 0,018 W/m.K, QuadCore™ Technology provided a thermal performance with an R-value greater than 12.5 m2.K/W with a 220mm QuadCore™ IND panel. This solution was chosen over an alternative panel solution providing an R of a little over 10 for the same thickness.

Remarkable Airtightness
There are various factors that are key for logistics buildings, one of which is the airtightness value. This is imperative in order to maintain the constant coldstore temperature inside. The airtightness of QuadCore™ IND conforms to the NF EN 12114 norm for vertical and horizontal installations, therefore customer requirements were easily achieved.

Enhanced Enviromental Credentials: BREEAM Excellent
