To all my neighbors: Well, another season is coming to aclose. I know that you were all as activeand busy as we were. This will be the last issue of the year. There were many struggles as I tried toget our newsletter on line in a mannerthat was easily accessible and there arestill some bugs. This past month the on-line copy was an excessively large fileso if you didn’t have broadband service,I assume you were unable to downloadthe file. I will be working on solutions tothat if it happens again. I received phone calls and emailsfrom several people who did not receivetheir hard copies this month. If you havesent me an email in the past requestingelectronic copies, your name is on a listthat is distributed to the block captainsand they do not deliver a hard copy toyour home. If you wish to also receive ahard copy, you need to let me know.Several people who contacted me werenot on the ‘do not deliver’ list. If that isthe case, if you do not receive a hardcopy, first contact your block captain. They are the ones who do the actual de-liver. If you do not know the name ofyour block captain, contact the blockcaptain coordinators. The West coordi-nator is Rosemary Eason, the East coor-dinator is Doris Baggus. I want to take the opportunity tothank Siri Higgs for all her hard work ingetting the newsletters reproduced (andfor her fabulous proof reading also!),and to Sandy Schulz and her crews whodo the collating, as well as the coordina-tors and block captains for deliveringthem.
Thanks! Your Editor, Kathy Dickey
