Buckingham Properties is currently developing an eight-acre site on Alexander Street between Park and Monroe Avenues. This mixed-use project includes new retail and office buildings in addition to over 400 apartments, including micro-units.
Construction of a 20,000 square foot retailer, Central Rock Gym will commence in the spring of 2018, followed closely by construction of a 70,000 square foot, four-story building, anchored by Mindex Technologies.
Two additional four-story mixed-use buildings will be constructed along Alexander Street, with floor plates ranging from approximately 9,000 - 11,000 square feet. Build-to-suit opportunities are also available.
A new three-level parking garage will be constructed to accommodate 240 vehicles, along with three additional residential buildings.
