Created especially to control your Online Business Services, Alignia for Online Business Services monitors in real time the exchanges that occur between your company and customers, suppliers or Business Partners, such as e-commerce transactions, authorizations of credit card payments or online loan applications.

Alignia for Online Business Services have a simple and pragmatic approach in three steps:

1. In those critical Online Business Services for the company, it identifies its key elements and defines the interaction and combination between them. Thus, it allows you to control, predict and improve the behavior of different users, the different access channels to the service, and the Business functionalities. It also determines if the impact is caused by an external service supplier.

2. Each combination of the different Business elements is controlled from two perspectives: 1) from a technical approach, which monitors its health and availability, and 2) from the end user’s perspective, which controls that the real business activity and that the response times are as expected. Both visions are complementary and can detect if the service is delayed or does not have the expected activity, even though the technical controls show that it is working properly.

3. It perfectly integrates with other technical monitoring tools, other user experience or Application Performance Management (APM), obtaining information from many sources (logs, databases, SNMP traps, etc.), and thus, protecting your technology investment.

Alignia for Business Processes controls and identifies conflicts in the Critical Business Processes, such as processing purchase orders in manufacturing companies, supplying branches in the retail sector or nightly closing at a bank. It uses information already available in your systems, and integrates it in the product and controls the operation of your processes in an immediate, simple and non-intrusive manner, without need to program or modify your applications.

Alignia for Business Applications defines, informs and prevents conflicts that cause a decline in the performance of Business Applications, or a total or partial failure of the technology infrastructure that supports them. With a different approach to traditional monitoring, this module contributes to the smooth running of Online Services, Business Critical Processes and Technology, ensuring stability and reliability in the management of information.

Alignia for Business Applications increases the reliability of your applications in only three steps:

1. It defines the Business Application to be controlled: ERP, CRM, orders management, payment Systems, purchase and sale of shares, logistics systems, etc.

2. It identifies the technology, the devices and applications that support Business Applications: web servers, database servers, databases, firewalls, printers or other technical components to be monitored.

3. It applies standard or custom controls directly for different servers, devices or technical applications automatically. It has a large number of predefined templates applicable to the most used technologies: operating systems, databases, web servers, etc. And, it allows you to add new technologies and controls, both for custom applications and in house developments.
