All briefings must be built in Microsoft PowerPoint (any version). (Open Office is acceptable, however it will be converted to PowerPoint.) Any digitized video files must be in either “.MPG” format (version 1) or “.WMV” format. Page set-up for briefings: ON-SCREEN SHOW size (7.5” x 10”); please avoid widescreen format. Computer/Audiovisual media: CDs, DVDs or Memory Sticks; please avoid PAL format and use NTSC. If your briefings and/or videos are ready ahead of time, please send them to the following: Presentations/Briefings: Janet Chan, [email protected] Videos: Shane Broomfield, [email protected] Material must be received before May 30, 2013; otherwise it should be hand carried to the conference.
