Q. How does the pricing work?

A. Mostpricesquotedareforaonedayevent.Ifyoudesiretouserentalitemsforalongerperiod,pleasecallourofficeforlongtermrates.Allchargesarefortimeout,whetherusedornot.

Q. How and when do I pay?

A. Paymentisduebeforeitemsarereleasedtoacustomer.A50%depositisrequiredontheinitialorder,thebalancedueuponreleaseoftheorder,orinthecaseofdeliveries,2dayspriortodelivery.

Q. When should I make my reservations?

A. Earlyplanningensuresproductavailability.Weaskfora50%deposittoconfirmareservation.Thereservationfeeisyourassurancethattheitemsrequestedwillbeavailableonthedayyourequest.Insomuchaswewillturnotherpeopleawaytoaccommodateyourreservation,cancel-lationscanresultinforfeitureofyourdeposit.Pleasebesureofyourplansbeforemakingreservations.

Q. What about changes in my order?

Q. Will my rental equipment be set up and taken down?

A. Setupandtakedownservicesareavailableatanadditionalcharge.ThesearrangementsMUSTbemadeinadvanceofdeliveryandpickup.

Q. What is my responsibility for merchandise return?

A. Responsibilityforequipmentremainswiththerenterfromtimeofreceipttotimeofreturn.Tablesandchairsshouldbeknockeddown,stackedandreadyforpickup.Itemsnotmeetingtheseconditionsaresubjecttoadditionalfees.Allchina,silver,glassware,etc.shouldberinsedfood-freeandrepackaged in the samecontainers inwhich theywerereceived.Linensshouldberefuse-freeanddrytopreventstainingandmildew.Laundrybagsareprovidedwithlinenorders;pleasereturntheminthosecontainers.Mildewedlinens returned in plastic bags will be charged to thecustomer.

Q. What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?

Remember to order extra nap-kins for roll and bread baskets.

All rental prices include velcro and clips. Put top cloth on table, then put on velcro clip. Velcro band on skirt easily attaches.

When using candles on linens, you must have something between candle and linen. Any damage incurred by wax or burns due to direct contact of candle with linen is not covered by Damage Waiver Contract and customer will pay replacement cost.

Do not heat chafer without water in water pan.

Light fuel 15 minutes before opening the buffet.

Take extra fuel to cover the full time the buffet will be open.

Place one inch of hot water in water pan of chafer before serving.

You will need a serving utensil for each serving dish.

Never add fresh food to a chaf-ing dish on the buffet table. Take the used food pan and replace with a full one.

Rectangular chafing dishes are good for foods that are to be kept flat such as chicken breasts, fish fillets and lasagna.

Allow one buffet line per 50 guests.

Stainless steel food pans can be placed in the oven to keep food warm.

Round chafing dishes are used for sauces, casserole type en-trees, and some vegetables.

All candelabras must be rented with dripless candles. These candles have a metal outer shell, and inner spring unit which sup-ports the wax refill within the shell and an adapter to ensure fit. Dripless candles never burn down, always remain the same height looking freshly lighted. These candles prevent damage to candelabra, linens or carpet since they don’t drip wax.

Store wax refills in a cool place.

Take refills out of candles after use to avoid melting.

Candelabras can be displayed on an afternoon reception or tea table, but the candles are not lit. Normally they are used in the evening and the candles are lit when the buffet is ready.

All candelabras must be rented with dripless candles. These candles have a metal outer shell, and inner spring unit which sup-ports the wax refill within the shell and an adapter to ensure fit. Dripless candles never burn down, always remain the same height looking freshly lighted. These candles prevent damage to candelabra, linens or carpet since they don’t drip wax.

Store wax refills in a cool place.

Take refills out of candles after use to avoid melting.
