Digital products are getting customer acceptance and it has changed the way people were doing traditional banking transactions at brick and mortar branches. Digitization department is working constantly on customer feedback and new features are being continuously added to provide better user experience to our customers. Today, one of the major business concerns is customer retention and a vibrant Mobile Banking app can play a vital role in providing satisfactory customer service. In light of above facts, a number of useful features have been added in emPower Mobile Banking App along with certain enhancements and amendments. A. Transaction Limits: Sl. customers having Term deposit accounts) 4. Account Services: Form 15 G/H online submission /enquiry 5. Instant Inter Branch Transfer of Deposit (saving) accounts 6. Addition/Deletion/ View Nominee Option 7. Create/ view/ Amend Standing Instruction 8. Beneficiary Management ( Add/ view options) 9. Mutual Fund: Online purchase of Mutual Funds through our channel partner M/S Fisdom 10. Card Services: Lock/Unlock Debit Card txn, Block Debit Card, Debit Card PIN Generation

11. Grievance Redressal: Option for lodging complains and contact through Toll free Helpdesk (New features and process flow of emPower has been explained with screen shorts in Annexure-I)

C. Wealth Management Services such as sale of Mutual funds are gaining pace in Mobile Banking vertical. Mutual fund is good source NFNI Income for Bank. Therefore, Bank has made a Strategic alliance with M/S FinWizard Technology Pvt. Ltd. (FISDOM) for online sale of mutual funds using emPower App.(please refer HOIC16543 dated 15.05.2019). emPower App now provides facility of online sale of mutual funds, which extends certain advantages over traditional methods of mutual fund sales. USPs of Online purchase of Mutual funds using emPower:

1. Any time any where Buy/Redeem mutual funds 2. Manage your investment portfolio 3. Expert advice through AI and Market Trends 4. Easy KYC registration (One Time) 5. Nominee Addition 6. Track your yield on investments

(The process flow of online purchase of mutual fund through emPower with screen shorts are mentioned in Annexure-II)

D. For installation of emPower, the Operating System required in smart phone for iOS & android is as under:

1. iOS Version : 10 and above. 2. Android Version : 5 and above

For maximizing emPower base as well as sale of mutual funds through emPower we may adopt the following Strategies:

1. All new customers at the time of account opening must be explained mobile banking features, convince them and on-board on “emPower” App.

2. Every existing customer visiting branch for pass book printing, cheque payment or balance enquiry, cheque book issue, fund transfer or cash transaction should be invariably explained emPower features and should be assisted for downloading and on-boarding the mobile App.

3. Digital Champions as well as other empowered staff members, specially manning branch counters, should educate the customers about the features and USPs of emPower including Online purchase of Mutual Fund.

Roles and Responsibilities Branch level:

a) Designating one smart officer as “Digital Champion”. b) Tapping/ approaching every active CASA customers for issuance of debit cards and

promoting Digital products till achieving digital saturation covering 100% eligible customers. c) Special Digital Counter may be designated at potential branches on the basis of heavy

customer foot falls for penetrating/ promoting the Digital Channels. d) Organizing workshop on e-products for customers by Branch Digital Champions for

effective mobilization of Digital Products. The branches having salary accounts must organize camps in the institution for creating digital awareness and online sale of mutual funds for generating NFNI income.

e) Proper utilization of Fisdom executives for creating awareness about mutual fund

investments Zonal Office:

a) Zonal Digital leader shall coordinate with the Digital Champions of the Branches. b) Zonal Digital leader will provide technical support to the branches. They will also provide

assistance in organizing camps for digital banking awareness and promotion of e-products as well as online purchase of Mutual Funds.

c) Availability of optimum Debit Cards/ Welcome Kits/Internet Banking Kits/BHIM Aadhar Devices at Branch level must be ensured by the zonal office.

d) Publicity of Digital products through Posters and Banners at Branches as well as at prominent locations should be done by the Zonal offices for proper brand recall and visibility of Bank.

DMD/DMC: a) Preparing the overall strategy for achieving the target spreading digital awareness in entire

CGM span is responsibility of DMCs. b) DMCs will support the digital leaders of Zonal Offices for technical problems as well as

streamlining the process. FGM office:

a) Monitoring the overall performance of Zones and reporting the same to Head office. b) Organization of Digital awareness camps within the FGM span. c) Implementation of Innovative strategies to maximize the digital base of existing customers

and achieving 100% digital saturation.

Based on your expectations the app shows you number of Mutual Funds and bifurcates your investment in these funds Total Amount Invested remains same.

There are options of editing these funds. The options are:

• Replace the fund • Delete the fund

Delete the funds which you don’t want to keep in your portfolio or replace it with other fund. Total Amount Invested remains the same.

There is a space for REFERAL CODE, where you could apply the referral code from your friends already investing through FISDOM. On your purchase of online MF using the code, your friend will earn rewards. Similarly one could earn rewards by referring others.(These are time bound activities for promotion and marketing of the app)
