The process, which takes advantage of the fiber’sunique characteristics, uses eco-friendly chemicalswhich results in a

The finished yarn goes through two different processes. First, a bath is applied with water containing between 0.5% and 1% of UNIZIM PWO, an enzyme that eliminates chemicallythe scales found in each hair of the fiber, by eliminating the scales, felting is prevented.

The second step is an additional bath, applying 15 to 40 grams per liter of two resins: BAP and PUR-C, which coats the strands, providing softness and preventing shrinkage.

The chemicals used in this process are supplied by the company Color Center,which certifies its products with Bluesign, Reach SVHC, ISO 14001 standard andare compatible with Oekotex Standard 100. PR
