GENERAL RULES

A total of six teams will battle it out for the title.

There are a total of 4 rounds. The rules for the same will be explained prior to each round.

The decision of the quiz master is final.

RULES Each team will be given a direct question which carries 15

points. The team will be given 75 secs to answer the direct question.

The team can either answer the same question or choose to flip the question.

The flipped question would carry 5 points and the team would be given 30 secs to answer the same.

Answering a passed question (either direct or flipped) would earn 10 points.

Passing of direct or flipped question is clockwise.

No negative scoring in this round.

The decision of the quiz master is final.

X (May 19, 1942 – July 11, 1994) was an American computer

scientist and microcomputer entrepreneur who created the CP/M operating

system and founded Digital Research, Inc. (DRI). Although X’s career in computing

spanned more than two decades, he is mainly remembered in connection

with IBM's unsuccessful attempt in 1980 to license CP/M for the IBM PC. The story

goes that when IBM visited X’s company, X and his colleague had gone flying on

X’s private flight. The unavailability of X during several of their further visits, left

the IBMers frustrated. So, they turned to Bill Gates to provide software to their

PC. X is often referred to as “The Man who could have been Bill Gates”.

In a recent interview, X revealed that he was at a science meeting

where physicists discussed a “theory of _____” But the discussion

went on late into the night, and X went to bed early, thus failing to

make a key connection between his work and that of others. x

missed its true significance at the time and his colleagues received

the Nobel prize in 1979 for ideas that lie at the heart of the

_______, and X might have been among them. Others received

credit for formulating a theory in which the X's ________ plays an

important role. On (eventually) receiving recognition for his work,

X said: "I really rather hoped before the

announcement that they would make the number up

to three, and there was certainly an obvious

candidate Tom Kibble."

X is a room temperature superconductor for energy, which makes it

very valuable; it is worth $ 40 million per kilogram. X has an

extremely strong magnetic field, reversing prior knowledge that all

superconductors repel magnetic fields. Unlike the fragile crystals

of human-created superconducting compounds, the substance is a

stable quasi-crystal. X has a unique magnetic field and properties

of superconductivity, causing it to levitate in magnetic fields, aptly

called Thundering Rocks by the natives of the place where it is

found. Originally, the term X was slangly used

in the aerospace materials with mythical

industry, to describe hard-to-access properties.

It results from emission from photons in the earth’s upper atmosphere,

above 80 km (50 mi), from ionized nitrogen atoms regaining an

electron, and oxygen and nitrogen atoms returning from an excited

state to ground state. They are ionized or excited by the collision of

solar wind and magnetospheric particles being funnelled down and

accelerated along the Earth's magnetic field lines excitation energy is

lost by the emission of a photon, or by collision with another atom or

molecule: What phenomenon is being talked here ?

known deep personal attachments outside his family Because

of his asocial and secretive behaviour, X often avoided

publishing his work. J.C. Maxwell looked through X's papers

and found for which others had been discoveries /

shiny. It is almost impossible to destroy or fracture in this state

materials with minimal application of strength. It is at least

somewhat magnetic. Has 13 allotropes, all of which are

unstable, and short-lived, but virulently poisonous. It is rarely

by canonical Ltd. On 22 July 2013 which had features like 4GB

RAM,128 GB storage and sapphire crystal display. Canonical was

seeking to crowdfund a production run of around 40000 units

It had the highest target of any crowdfund project to

date,$32,000,000 over a one month campaign. It was not

intended to go into mass production after the initial run, but

rather to serve as a demonstration for new technologies for the

industry . It fell short of its funding goal, raising only
