Moldmaking with high precision and superior durability is essential to ensuring

a stable, high-volume supply of high-quality, high-precision molded products.

Newpla designs and makes all its own molds using 3D CAD/CAM. Our

production accuracy is enhanced by constant maintenance.

By combining the latest mold technology with ultra-precision machining

technology that seeks precision at micron level, Newpla actively meets the

need for diversified and complex molds for products manufactured to special

standards and other such products.

Holes and burrs hold the key to aerosol spraying and discharge performance.

Without a clean edge around the hole, spray from the aperture becomes unstable and

airtightness is compromised by burrs, resulting in loss of the aerosol’s essential

convenience.By merging our accumulated superior molding and moldmaking technologies,

Newpla is able to produce parts with a high-precision finish.

A 24-hour automated molding line built with the latest equipment enables speedy delivery

by ensuring production efficiency and stable supply while maintaining high quality.

To realize customers’ demands, Newpla’s expert staff inspect the molded products,

precisely identifying any minute error and maintaining constant high quality.

By ensuring close cooperation with the Moldmaking and Molding Divisions, Newpla has

further improved quality and efficiency and established a loss-free production system.
