Problem No. – 1 (GTU EXAM_2010) A cone 40 mm diameter and 50 mm axis is resting on one of its generator on HP which
makes 300 inclinations with VP. Draw its projections.
Problem No. – 2 (GTU EXAM_2010) A cylinder 40 mm diameter and 50 mm axis is resting on one point of a base circle on
HP while its axis makes 450 with HP and plan of the axis 350 with VP Draw projections.
Problem No. – 3 (GTU EXAM_2010) A Square Pyramid of base side 30 mm and axis 80 mm long is lying on H.P., such that it's
base sides are equally 450 inclined to V.P. and one of its slant edge is perpendicular to
H.P. Draw it's projections.
Problem No. – 4 (GTU EXAM_2011) A right circular cone of base diameter 75 mm and 100 mm height lies with one of its
Generator on the ground, draw its projection.

periphery of base with the axis making an angle of 300 with the H.P. and the plan of the
axis making 450 with the V.P. Draw the projections of the cone.
Problem No. – 9 (GTU EXAM_2013) A square prism having side of base 30 mm and height 45 mm is resting on HP on one of
its edge of base .The edge on which it rests on HP makes 450 with VP The base of the
prism makes 300 with HP or the axis makes 600 with HP.

Problem No. – 1 (GTU EXAM_2010) A pentagonal prism, 30 mm base side & 50 mm axis is standing on HP on its base whose
one side is perpendicular to VP. It is cut by a section plane 450 inclined to HP, and
perpendicular to V.P. through midpoint of axis. Draw F.V., sectional T.V. and true shape
of section.
Problem No. – 2 (GTU EXAM_2010) A cone 50 mm base diameter and 70 mm axis is standing on its base on HP. It cut by a
section plane 450 inclined to HP and perpendicular to V.P through base end of end
generator. Draw F.V, sectional T.V and true shape of section.
Problem No. – 3 (GTU EXAM_2010) A right circular cone, base 50 mm and axis 90 mm long is lying on H.P. on its base. A
sectional plane inclined at 300 with H.P. and perpendicular to V.P is bisecting its axis.

Problem No. – 16 (GTU EXAM_2015) A pentagonal prism of 25mm side and 60mm height is standing on one of its base side
corner on the HP such that its axis makes an angle of 600 with the HP and parallel to VP.
A sectional plane is cutting this prism which makes an angle of 450 with the HP. This
cutting plane is perpendicular to VP and passing through the top most corner. Draw
sectional top view and True shape of the section of this prism.

Problem No. – 1 (GTU EXAM_2010) A square prism 30 mm base sides and 70mm axis is completely penetrated by another
square prism of 25 mm sides and 70 mm axis, horizontally. Both axes Intersects & bisect
each other at right angle. All faces of prisms are equally inclined to VP. Axes of both are
parallel to VP Draw projections showing curves of intersections.
Problem No. – 2 (GTU EXAM_2010) A cylinder 50mm dia. and 70mm axis is completely penetrated by another cylinder of
40 mm dia. and 70 mm axis horizontally both axes intersect & bisect each other at right
