7 Simple Steps to Write an Awesome Blog!

It isn’t as

easier said than done!

A blog is great for expanding your business, communicating with people or

just expressing your opinion or story

But is knowing the importance of blog enough?

Here, I will give you few basic tips that you need to follow

to create a worth-reading blog

1) Know Your Targets / GoalsIt should be clear to you why you’re writing and what you want to achieve by writing the blog

Clearing out your purpose will do half your work

2) Choose a Topic That Interests You

Are you even sure you like what you're about to write?  Or you're just writing for the sake of writing?

•Doing any work half of your heart would give you half of your desired results, you must know

•Make sure that whatever you're about to write, you ACTUALLY want to write that!

3) Make a Rough Draft of Your Blog•Initially, You need to pour down ideas and write everything you know about the topic

•Later on, you can re-arrange and refine the content and put words and data on right places

4) Do Your Research•It's good to have your own opinions and views, but don't feel shame in doing a research first about what you're going to write.

•Check your facts that you're mentioning. The credibility of your blog post can lose by a huge margin if you're caught up with providing wrong facts or figures

5) Use Catchy Headlines

•Your meta description i.e your Headline is what any person is going to see first.

•Write at least 25 headlines in order to come up with maximum possible headlines and then selecting the best after it according to your audience

6) Use Images & Visuals Effectively•Visuals and interactive images usually compels us to visit a site or read a blog

•One of the most important reasons to include images is to break up texts. It gives a fresh air of breath in the blog post

•No one dislikes a good laugh. A well-selected image can lighten up the tone of the post and add some humor into a piece

7) Doing the Editing Part•Now take a break, freshen your mind, engage in your routine work and then come back for review.

•If you do this, you're more likely to find your mistakes and make a better editing than doing a work continuously.

•If you think writing a blog is hard, then editing the blog is harder. Editing is not simply going through the content or just fixing grammatical errors

•Make sure you avoid repetition and don't use cliches. Once you're done with writing the blog, have someone else check your work

7) Shouldn't You Just Start Writing Blog Now?No need to overthink, the fact that you're reading this article shows that you have interest in writing the blog, and that's all it matters in the end.
