TRANSCRIPT

United S tates Colonial Marines Corps

• A ttention! These documents can be requested only by those with the necessary need and clearance level. A nyone caught trying to obtain these documents who does not hold the relevant credentials will be detained on charges of spying, and will face immediate execution

Y OUR EY ES ONLY

• Ten-hut, Private! In the following pages you will be instructed about how to make a stone-cold, born-to-rise-hell dessert:

• THE US CM B ROWNIE

INGREDIENTS

• OK , knees to the breeze in 5 seconds! Here you are the ingredients to make a real hardcore dessert. What are you wainting for, Christmas? M ove, move, move!

B UTTER

• 150 g, to give you energy. Thereby you’ll be ready for the drill.

FLOUR

• 250 g. Y ou will f ind all the flour you may need in the commissariat store.

M ILK

• 4 spoonfuls. Here you can see the proper way of carrying any liquid you may need in your missions: 1 quart canteen. Note the pouch with water purif ication tablets.

EGGS

• 4. Y ou have to separate the egg yolks and whites. Wait for orders.

CHOCOLA TE

• A lot of chocolate, Private! Maybe the Navy and the A ir Force are content with just 100 g, but in the Corps we use 200g. If you’re asking why, maybe you ain’t in the right place.

S UGA R

• 150 g, to make you faster and ready for action.

COGNA C

• Hellyeah, but only a shot, Private! We’re making a dessert here, not a napalm device.

INS TRUCTIONS

• M ix together the butter, the sugar and the 4 egg yolks. S tir it hard, Private! The mixture is thick as hell.

• A dd the cognac (remember your S ergeant will be watching you, no matter the place) and the chocolate. Have I told you to stop mixing? Then keep moving on!

• A dd the f lour, the milk and the baking powder. I know I said nothing about baking powder, so what? Y ou’re a M arine: Y ou adapt. Y ou improvise. Y ou overcome.

• F inally add the egg whites, previously beaten until they reach ribbon stage.

B EWA RE

• Now listen up: after you have added the egg whites, you’d better be cautious. S tir the mixture carefully, slowly, because we don’t want it to lose its sponginess. Do it wrong, and you’ll get a brick instead of a dessert.

• If your S ergeant gets notice, (and he will, because he’s like God A lmighty) be ready for a great amount of pain.

M IS S ION A CCOM PLIS HED

• A nother glorious day in the Corps! A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm. Every meal's a banquet! Every paycheck a fortune! Every formation a parade! I LOV E the Corps!

Y ou want some?COME GET S OME!

Look at this battle-ready M arine, eager for some bug hunt after eating the cake
