Sign into GKO and follow the same procedure as slides 1-7.See next slide.

The form will appear blank but your information is stored. You must Click Go Back to List to access or change your information. This will open into a Table with the information you previously entered. See next slide

Change or update the information in each of the blocks. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to access all blocks.
