Numerous variables involved with experiential learning

How do we know if we are successfully integrating it into our classrooms and academic programs?

What are the shared learning outcomes that students are achieving on a University level?   

WHAT ARE OUR STUDENTS LEARNING?

At UW-Superior students will find AS-L opportunities in:Over 70 course sections26 diff erent disciplines11 of our 12 academic departments

Last year, 42 diff erent professors utilized AS-L

Over 1,300 students A YEAR participate in an AS-L course

Over 20,000 hours of time is donated to our community each year

NOTEWORTHY NUMBERS

Reviewed the research

For two years, assessed the outcomes

Created a new survey

HISTORY

Completely voluntary

End of semester student survey

The outcomes align with our University Learning Goals

Our offi ce distributes, collects and analyzes the data
