Wearelookingtorecruitaflexibleandpersonablereceptionist/administratortowork41.5hoursperweekonafixedtermcontracttocovermaternityleave.

Thepost-holderisrequiredtoworkindependentlytocoverallreceptiondutiesandtoassistandsupportvariousdepartmentswithavarietyofadministrativetasks.

Mainduties

• Providinganefficientandeffectivereceptionservice• Answeringinternalandexternaltelephonecallsandredirectingifrequired• Welcomingvisitorsandescortingthemtotheirdestination• EnsuringCompanyemployeesarenotifiedofvisitors• Issuingvisitorpassesandensuringsecurityauthorisationisinplace• Keepingreceptionareatidy• EnsuringCompanycarparkrulesareadheredto• Provideadministrativesupporttomanagementandofficestaffasrequired• Undertakeotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasthelinemanagermayreasonablyrequire• Dealingwithincomingandoutgoingpostaccordingly• Typingupletters,filingandotheradministrativejobs
