punctuation and capitalization of a sentence that has a dialog within.

Demonstration• The students created four sentences on the whiteboard with dialog foam punctuation markers and whiteboard markers• The students observed Mrs. Millard gesture the sentences three times• The students joined Mrs. Millard gesturing the sentences two times• The students gestured and said the sentences two times-whole group without Mrs. Millard• The students gestured and said the sentences (which was taped)• The students completed a sentence strip activity
