My name is Dougie Freedman and I believe that being fit is the key to success.
I’m currently the Bolton Wanderers FC Manager and I make sure that all my players are fit and healthy so that they can perform to their best abilities. This ethos is something that I believe translates into any business. A fit and healthy workforce will get you a better result every time.
Together with my business partner and former Crystal Palace player, Gavin Heeroo, we set up Focus Fitness UK. Through corporate fitness training we provide a way for both the company and the individual to benefit. The individual reaps the benefits of a healthier and fitter body with increased confidence and energy , which results in reduced absentieesm and a more productive workforce for the company
