The people there have very different The people there have very different lives than us, like the food they eat, the lives than us, like the food they eat, the way they travel and the resources they way they travel and the resources they use for houses and tools. Burmese traditional food cooked. People usually eat this for lunch or dinner.

People travel in trishaws or in taxis because they can’t afford cars. Sometimes they even walk.

Kids and even adults play this board game when they are free.

People there use knives, baskets or wooden plate to chop or cut on food.

People in Myanmar usually eat mushroom. They chop them with a big knife.

Some people make a living by selling bananas. Since Burmese people like bananas, it is a good business.

Kids climb on strong trees like this when they have no school.

Mostly men and sometimes women chew Beetle nuts in the afternoon to keep them awake at work.

Most of the Burmese people are Buddhist. They pray in the morning and in the night. People put cups of water and some flowers to the Buddha either to wish or to do dana.

People especially women thinks that thanaka will make them fragrant and beautiful.
