How to find the myATHLETICS Portal

Visit www.englandathletics.org and on the homepage you will see the MY PORTAL box on the right

hand-side (shown in red below) – Click on it to be taken to the myATHLETICS portal

How to log in to the myAthletics Portal

Step 1a: Enter your username. This is your athlete/coach number.

If you don’t know this number go to Step 1c below.

Step 1b: Enter your password and click log in.

If you’ve successfully logged in, go to Step 3 on page 8.

If you don’t know your password, go to Step 2a on page 4.

How to find your username

Step 1c: If you don’t know your username, please click on the “Forgot your username” link.

Step 1d: Complete the boxes below and click Next.

Please note the information must match exactly what is on our system which will be the

information you originally provided to us.

Step 1e: Enter your postcode and click Next.

If all the information entered, matches what is on our system then you will be given your

licence number below. This will be a 7-digit number.

If you’re unable to find out your username, please contact membership services on 0121 347 6543

or enquiries@englandathletics.org

How to set your password

Step 2a: Click on “Forgot your password or need a new one?”

Step 2b: Complete the box below and click next.

If you enter an email address, this must be the same as the one we have on file for you that

you originally provided us, otherwise you will see the below message.

Step 2c: If the email address matches you will see the screen below. You will also receive an email to

reset your password – click on the link in the email.

Step 2d: Once you have clicked on the link on the email, you will be taken to the below screen. Enter

your new password and click update password.

Once the password has been reset you should be able to log in. Click on next to be taken to

the log in page.

Verifying your details

Step 3a: Once logged in you will need to verify your details. If any of the information is incorrect,

please change it by clicking on the edit button. If everything is correct, click next.

Step 3b: Please complete the details below and click next

Step 3c: Select Contact Preferences and click Save.

You will now be taken to your profile.

How to add a photograph

Step 4a: Log in to the myATHLETICS Portal. If you don’t know how to do this, please see previous

steps.

Step 4b: Add a photo by clicking on “edit member image”.

Step 4c: Click on Browse to find an image saved on your computer.

Step 4d: Make sure the photograph is a passport style, i.e. on a white background and a head and

shoulders shot. The file must be saved in a JPG format. Please see below for a list of suitable/

unsuitable images for your licence photo.

Step 4e: Once you’ve uploaded a suitable photo Click Save

The image will then appear on your profile.

How to complete an Online DBS

Step 5a: Log in to the myATHLETICS Portal. If you don’t know how to do this, please see previous

steps.

Step 5b: Click on the red text - CLICK HERE to access online DBS.

You will be taken to the below screen, click Begin and then follow the steps on each screen,

which is a 6 step process.
