Our gorgeous Calabria second (top) floor vacation Las Vegas condo near Summerlin is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a pool, spa, clubhouse and exercise room in this gated upscale community.

Cable TV and wireless high speed Internet access are included at no additional charge. There is a flat screen 42" HDTV, with dvd player in the living room. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry with full sized washer and dryer are stocked with all essential disposables, towels, linens,

cooking utensils, and appliances that you'll need. (All you will have to bring is your clothing and food... and Vons grocery stores will deliver. Just go to www.vons.com

There are one king bed, and two queen beds. We can also provide one full sized air mattress. Sleeps up to 6 Approximately 1,500 square feet. It is a large roomy condo. No pets or smoking, please.

Easy access to the 215 loop that circles Las Vegas and the Summerlin Parkway. This upscale community is located 20 minutes northwest of the Las Vegas strip. Major cross streets are Alexander and Cliff Shadows. Summerlin is an impressive development in Las Vegas with world-class golf courses, walking trails, and parks, and excellent restaurants and shopping. It's a 25 minute drive to Las Vegas International Airport. Click on the map link below for location. We love this condo. We have been living here several months each year, and have added many small personal touches so that this condo will create positive vacation experiences. We know that you will love it, too.
