• Hi how are you today? Have you taken the tour? You have, oh you must have seen Mrs. Mallard and her ducklings, we carry the book. It’s actually the official childrens book of Massachusetts. Makes an awesome gift.

• Is there anything in particular you collect, we have magnets, shot glasses, patches. I collect frogs, unfortunately we don’t sell those but I would be happy to show you what we do have.

• Hi, how are you? Are you a Boston sport fan? We just started a new line of T-shirts commerating the victory parades. They would make a great gift for any sports fan.

• Visual merchandising is the art of development of three-dimensional displays in order to maximize sales. For example:
DWAG– Placement of items for visual interest– Relevant placement of items based on
situation, weather etc..
