Father of teacher was a teacher, he was a very intelligent and hard worker, her father taught him that only teacher is a person who educate the youth of society who in turn become the leader of next generation and they represent the future, for that reason to saw the struggle of my father I have to decide that I will be teacher of future generation by the grace of Almighty ALLAH now I am a teacher and I like this pious profession, when I was appoint as teacher in this school, starting days feeling shay and hesitation that how could I teach the students , as soon as time was passed , my self confidence gradually increased and very well to know how to behave with students and how to motivate low ability students , I am trying to my level based that those students they don’t concentrate their study compete with them who doing their work properly, for this way next day they will prepare for challenging .if teacher sincere with her/his profession then teaching will be very well.

We learn from interview of teacher:As a teacher ! Teacher have lot of difficulties but she manage her class.

If teacher sincere with his/her profession then teaching will be very well

We will try to our level based that we will get success

We conduct interview from student of class three. Her name was humaira she said:We are 12 family members , her family was extended family. She said our school name is Govt: primary main school daris. Her favorite subject Urdu and Islamite her favorite teacher was madam shabana and she like madam shabana because she is very caring and loving ,she said that I do my home work at night she said that I play cricket game at school ground.

We learn from interview of student: students like appreciation so teacher should encourage them and also give prize for batter performance

Children like one teacher then in future how we become a favorite teacher

Students need care and healthy environment

Head teacher had lot of difficulties from community of school ,but she had not disappointed and her efforts were effective for school till today .

Furniture were damaged so head teacher repaired furniture .

When we made a dustbin for a class so teacher give lecture on cleanliness and this is our success .

Teacher should teach poems with arithmetically

Community should cooperate for the betterment and over all improvement of this school

Some students absence teacher should contact with parents
