RIVERBANKS ZOO AND GARDEN PHASE III, PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT

Foundation Excavations Have Begun for the North Tower

Perspective of the New Front Entry from the North Tower Site

One Week Look Ahead The Architectural Punch Lists have been

created for the interior and exterior of both

the Holding and Viewing Buildings this

week. Final Clean is being performed on

both buildings as those items are being

worked off. The Hard and Softscape is

progressing around the site, working

towards the construction entrance behind

the LSS Building. The Commissioning for

the SSL Life Support Systems has begun

with Ted Maranda’s first visit to the site this

week.

Now that the clearing has been completed

and the erosion control measures placed,

the first footings for the Pedestrian Bridge

have been excavated on the North Elevator

Tower Side of the Rail Road tracks .
