Roast pork with cabbage and dumplings

Czech national mealIn Benešov

1) Take pork meat.

2) Put it into a tray. Add water under it and spread it with salt, garlic

and cumin.

3) Put meat into the oven for 1hour.

4) Take the meat out and find out if it is done.

5) Cut cabbage and put it into a pot.

Boil it until it is soft. Add pepper and sugar. With a

little flour boil it to thicken.

6)Put a slice of meat and cabbage on a plate and serve

with dumplings.
