helmet law. This has been delayed until the end of 2005, as the fine had to be agreed on and the traffic police is trained on the issue.

• HIB decided to put the core focus on helmet wearing for 2006.

• Banners, radio spots and DJ announcements, information stands, leaflets, social marketing of helmets, 1 TV spot.
