• Achieving & Maintaining a Healthy Body Weight

- Why have the rates of obesity and its associated chronic diseases skyrocketed in the past 10 years and what can be done to promote weight management across the life span?

- Be prepared to discuss methods to manage weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases through management of diet and lifestyle in childhood, adolescence, and in the later years.

What do we mean when we say “obesity”
