Lesson Expectations• When I’m talking you should not be talking• Basic courtesy• Have a question, raise your hand

and wait• Come ready to learn, do your part at home• Time is short, if I have to discipline

Lesson Expectations• As we are going to the Geography Room, you need to bring what equipment I tell you and quickly evacuate from your room•Move fast, switch off all the lights and fans• Queue up outside the class•Move quickly and quietly• Don’t wander off, I’ll have to hold your hands otherwise

Consequences?• Don’t follow rules? • Restriction of privileges.•A comfortable seat to learn in is a privilege.•A comfortable table to write on is a privilege.

Compulsory Fieldwork component•Field investigation component•All Students to participate in 1 Field investigation per year•Team based learning

So you will be spilt into learning teams• Learning team is based on your index

numbers• We are all new so learn to work with

one another• You cannot change members anytime

in the year• If we have new classmates joining us,

we will add them to existing teams• Nobody leaves a team unless you

leave the school permanently
