THE MORE YOU KNOW, THE SMARTER YOU WORK
As an HR professional, you focus on helping your organization optimize its human capital, but how do you show that achievement? How do you enter a dialogue with other C-suite business partners to promote that goal? What plans do you develop to move your organization forward?
By adding evidence-based decision making to the core of your HR practice, you can help your organization better measure the success of its employee programs and HR processes.
Mercer’s new Workforce Metrics Benchmark Report provides this evidenced-based approach. Our comprehensive local, regional, and global data can:
• Provide insight into workforce composition, retention, and employee productivity benchmarks in your market.
• Provide a new support tool in your discussions with all business stakeholders.
• Support development of comprehensive, tailored HR insights and strategies for attracting and retaining the best workforce, while optimally allocating budget resources.
Specifically, our benchmark report helps you to:
• Address questions such as, How your organization is structured compared to competitors? Or, is our retention level at a certain career level unusually high or low relative to market levels?
• Optimize your current workforce structure by providing key external market input to support your workforce planning strategy.
• Have a proactive approach to avoiding increased costs caused by higher turnover than competitors.
