Tourservices including, but not limited to, carriage byland or sea, guide services, hotel accommoda-tions, restaurants and all services other thancarriage by air are furnished by contractors whoare independent and do not act on behalf of theairline and the airline shall not be responsible forany act, omission or event occurring prior to thetour participant’s embarkation upon or after hisdisembarkation from the airline’s aircraft.
