BODYPUMP TM This is the original barbell class – a weights class for absolutely everyone. You get a total body workout which will make you toned, lean and fit. [EN]Power Circuit Working through different stations, you challenge your individual level of fitness in short bursts. Group Cycle Intense indoor group cycling that burns as much as 500 calories in just 40 minutes.This highly effective workout allows you to control your own level of intensity to suit your fitness ability. Hatton Boxing TM This pad based boxing for fitness class is designed to assist weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and all the fun of training like a boxer without the contact. In-Trinity® Extend your range of motion and take your training further with a Matrix In-Trinity board which helps extend your range of motion beyond what is possible on a flat surface. LBT (Legs, Bums and Tums) This class focuses on technique and toning rather than intensity while targeting specific areas. A short aerobic warm-up may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominal areas. Pilates (Regular, Fitness and Power) Strengthen, elongate and restore your body to balance by working on your core to improve posture and flexibility. TRX TM TRX is suspension training class which incorporates bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Yoga (Regular, Flow, & Suspended) Yoga encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit. Increase your strength and flexibility and find serenity in the moment. Flow Yoga is a bit more vigorous and is based on rapid flow through salutations. Suspended Yoga involves using a soft hammock and allows for deeper stretches. Please arrive 10 minutes before a class is scheduled to start and wear appropriate footwear. We also recommend you bring a towel and water. Intensity level
