SCREENING PROCESSES

Sc reening Methodology 

� Initial Screening is done by the recruiter based on communication,

technical and functional skills.

�  A complete rating sheet with individual ratings on all these skills will be

sent to the client along with the profile.

� Computation of the "employability index" and "skills transportability

index" for each candidate.

� Reference checks and background checks can be offered at a nominal

cost.

SCHEDULES

Sc heduling Interviews

� Based on the feedback from the client, interviews will be scheduled.

� The consultant is called and informed regarding the place and date of the interview and the same is conveyed by email.

�  A representative from Anovatek will be present at the client¶s venue

during walk-in¶s and recruitment drives to ensure the availability of the

consultants at the mentioned time.

Information Required 

� Complete specifications of requirements will be required from the

Client.

� Initial feedback for the profiles sent is requested from the client on the

same day of submitting the profile and the same is conveyed to the

consultant immediately.

� Interview schedules with the date and time along with the place will be

required from the client through email.

� Interview Processes( Levels of Interview/Tests) can be informed to us

so that the same is conveyed to the consultant.
