Yes!

and that is a.. a feeling.. I, I… I mean knowing you from the perspective of… I think the fans… we would’nt think you’d feel that way, you see what I mean?...

really….

we wouldn’t think that you would feel… explain what the song is about… and then people’ll under-stand that…

“Who Says” is a song that says who says that you are not perfect and who says that you can be…

Page 933. Sergio: Hi, Arturo. How are you doing?

Arturo: Fine, And you? We missed you a lot during your trip to England.

Sergio: Oh, thanks a lot. I missed you, too.

Arturo: By the way, how was it?

Sergio: Well, it was such a great experience! Just a little problem with some words I had at the beginning.

Arturo: What happened?

Sergio: Well, when I was there, at a Welcome Party for all of us from USA. I met Cristina who told me I was at her school, there in England with her, and she introduced herself to me.

Arturo: wooowww, so…. ? Don’t tell me you got a girlfriend there!

Sergio No, no way. Wait!, Then, she asked me if the flat we were in wasn’t great but I did not understand “flat”, then I said: apartment…? and she said yes!. After that, she asked me if I didn’t have any problem to find the “flat” and I told her there was a huge line at the subway but then, she told me I meant a “long queue” to the “underground”.

Arturo: “Underground”…?

Sergio Yes, that means subway there in England.

Arturo: Jesus! You really had a hard time there.

Sergio Oh yes don’t tell me about it. But then, she asked me if I had seen the “clothes shop” in the underground with beautiful “trousers” there and I said she meant the “clothes store” with beautiful “pants” there and she said yes.

Arturo: Oh Heaven! Then, that means that we really need to take some English vocabulary lessons before going to England.

Sergio Finally, I asked her for a ride home when the party was over and she said I meant a lift home. I ended up with a headache.

Arturo What an experience!

After school, your friends (boys and girls) want you to go to a house where the

parents won’t be.

A car in your neighborhood has an alarm so sensitive that sneezing near it

activates it, and it sounds forever.

You’re at a nationally-televised football game. Suddenly, the camera is on you! It’s your

chance for a few seconds of nation-wide fame!

You get out of the store and realize the cashier gave you an extra $20 in change.

Your best friend asks you if she looks good in her new dress.

(And she doesn’t look good!

You did all your homework, stayed up late, didn’t watch TV even though “The Big

Bang Theory” was on.(You love “The Big Bang Theory”) Now, your

best friend wants to copy your homework.

It’s test time. You see a boy who has the highest grades in the class looking at the

girl’s test next to you.

You see a street mime who starts to mimic your actions.

Doctor, I continue having terrible headaches. The medicine is not

working!

Mister Smith, I must tell you that your receptionist is not a very nice person.

The person in the drugstore gave me

the wrong medicine!

Nurse Williams didn’t tell me how to put on the bandages.

There’s an extra charge in my surgery bill!

I went to your hospital and doctor Rodriguez wasn’t there all day!

The doctor’s fee is too high.

There are not enough seats in the waiting

room.

My next appointment is in three months

and I really need it for next week!

The service at your hospital is too slow!

I was operated on last week and I still can’t move my arm!

My car was hit in your parking lot!

Who will pay for the damages?

There’s lots of trash everywhere; you have

to improve your image!

I had to wait for three hours to get medical

attention!

Your personnel lost my x-ray photographs! What kind of people

work there?

Why couldn’t you give me a discount? I m a very distin-

guished client at your hospital!

The food at your clinic is terrible! You should have better quality and more variety!

The patient rooms stink

A person was smoking inside the hospital!

How can you let that happen?

You have to improve the procedures for the

Joan of Arc was born in the village of Domremy, France, in 1412.

When she was a child, she began to have visions of angels and

heard strange voices.

She believed she had a mission from God to save France.

In 1429, some people helped her to make the journey to the town of Chinon, where

the French king, Charles the Seventh, was living.

In April, 1429, When she arrived at the city of Orleans, she fearlessly rode round

its walls, while the English soldiers looked on surprisingly.

soldiers, and there, with splendid ceremonies, was crowned king.

Joan of Arc took part in an attack upon the army of the Duke of Burgundy, but she was taken

prisoner by him.

Joan of Arc spent a year in prison in Rouen. She was charged with sorcery

and brought to trial.

At the age of 19, she was burned in the market place at Rouen.

On May 16th, 1920, Pope Benedict XV canonized Joan of Arc.
