Please consult with Academic Advisors for application to Japanese Universities.

Complete Documents Necessary◦ Please read the application guideline at each

university very carefully. All documents must be submitted as requested order. Incomplete application set or delayed documents won’t be accepted.

Certificate (Graduation or Transcript) must be ORIGINAL certified stamped copy.

Paper size should be A4 (not letter or legal)

Application Guideline (2) Apply to more than 1 university (max 2 ) If accepted by more than 1 university, the

final decision is subject to Bappenas approval.

Early communication with the prospective professors through email is recommended.

Fellows should actively seek info through the relevant website.

Application Guideline (3) All applications must be sent to Japanese

Univ. via AsiaSEED Jakarta. Please submit one set of original and one set of photocopy

AsiaSEED Jakarta will forward the documents to AsiaSEED Tokyo

AsiaSEED Tokyo will further forward the applications to the respective universities and handle the administrative requirements.
