Aptitude Group Overview

To use the Aptitude Group Overview functionality you must have a minimum of 10 candidates who have completed the assessment and had their report generated within the selected project.

To access the aptitude group overview, log in to Oasys and go to your -Rx aptitude project screen.

1.Next, go to the reports screen. On the left-hand side of the screen you will see an option for the group overview (highlighted below).

3.To access the group overview, you must first generate the relevant reports for the candidates you wish to see within the group overview.

Total Score Graph This shows the score distribution of the candidates in the project who have completed the assessment and had a report generated. It automatically displays the Sten scores. This can be changed to deciles using the ‘Score’ drop down to the left of the overview. By moving the cursor across the score bars it is possible to see how many candidates scored above or below on a particular score and chosen norm group.

The overview is dynamic and interacts with information selections available to the right of the total score chart.

Selected Norm SetThis is the comparison group used when the reports were generated. The drop down will only display more than one option if more than one norm group has been used to generate the reports.

Score Scores in the overview automatically display as Sten scores but here you can use the drop down to display them as ‘deciles’.

Count Scores automatically display as the count figures, eg how many candidates in total scored Sten 5. You can use this drop down to change the display to percentages, eg percentage of candidates scoring Sten 5.

Table Underneath the Overview This contains the candidate information displayed in the overview. Here you can click on the PDF report to review the selected candidate’s full report. Candidates will always be displayed in this table rank order from highest score to lowest.
