MY NAME IS ISELA LOPEZ. I AM A GRADUATE FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL + DESIGN PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORA-DO, WITH AN EMPHASIS IN ARCHITECTURE. AS A YOUNG DESIGNER, I HAVE PRIMARILY DEVELOPED MY SKILLS AS AN ARCHITECT. MY EDUCATION AT CU ALLOWED ME TO IMMERSE MYSELF IN VARIED DISCIPLINES, SUCH AS URBAN PLANNING, RESEARCH-BASED DESIGN, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHIC DESIGN.I AM FIERCLY PASSIONATE ABOUT ALL THINGS DESIGN. I BELIEVE STRONGLY IN LOOKING BEYOND THE ARCHITECTURE. I STRIVE TO CREATE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FUNCTION, EXPERIENCE AND DETAIL. THE 13 ENTITIES THAT OCCUPY THE CAMBER OF COMMERCE IN BOULDER COLORADO REPRESENT INNOVATIVE BUSINESS SUPPORT AND SUCESS.THEY LEAD INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS TO BUILD A SMART, THRIVING ECONOMY. FROM ESTABLISHING SMALL ORGANIZATIONS TO HIGH TECH START-UPS TO NATURAL FOOD COMPANIES, THEY REPRESENT THE BREADTH OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ENERGY THAT CHARACTERIZ-ES BOULDER’S ECONOMY. EACH INDIVIDUAL BRINGS SOMETHING NEW TO THE COMMUNITY. FROM KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SUSTAINABILIY, CREATIVITY, AND LIFE HISTORY. THE BUILDING IS A PLACE OF COMING TOGETHER AS THE PEIECES OF MESH DO.

IT IS GIVEN THAT THIS COMMUNITY CENTER IS A PLACE FOR ALL OF THE RESI-DENTS OF LOHI TO COME TOGETHER. HOWEVER WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM AN OTHER COMMUNITY IS THAT THIS ONE IS ALL ABOUT CREATING UNITY. UNITY MUCH LIKE MESH CREATES A STRONG MATERIAL AND IN THIS CASE A STRONG COMMUNITY . THE COMMUNITY CENTER BECOMES A PLACE WHERE ALL CULTERS , AGES, AND FAMILIES COME TOGETHER TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE, SEEK FRIENDSHIP , MAKE MEMORIES AND ABOVE ALL DO THINGS AS A COMMU-NITY. IN THIS CENTER THEY CAN ALL GATHER AS FRIENDS, PARENTS, CLASS-MATES, AND FAMILY. IT IS THE COMING TOGETHER OF VARIOUS CHARACTERS.

Mesh is a center for the community of Lohi Colorado. A place that brings diverse backgrounds and creative expression together less than one roof. Mesh is designed to create �exible spaces for creativity, learning, and socialization.
