Step 1. Take the strap end on each side of the Arm Master and put it through the plastic loop, then attach it to the Velcro, making as big a loop as possible. Arm Master Step 2. Put your right arm through the right loop and pull it up just above your elbow. Then, with your left hand, reach across and pull the strap tight and secure the Velcro together. Step 3. Put your left arm through left strap and using your right hand, pull above left elbow and tighten. Step 4. The center strap tension should be tight at the address, connecting the upper left and right arms on top of chest. Step 5.At address, the arms should hang freely and straight down from theshoulders. At this position, the right elbow should be pointing at theright hip socket (the right pants pocket).

Step 6.At the top of the backswing, the elbow should be pointing straightdown to the ground. The right forearm should also be in avertical position.

Step 7.In the transition, the right elbow returns to the position of pointing atthe right hip socket. This allows the club shaft to stay in place andapproach the ball from the inside path.

Step 8.As the club approaches impact, the right elbow should be moving infront of the body. If the elbow collides with the side, it will cause apremature release (casting) of the golf club as well as directionalproblems, like pulled shots left of target or pushed shots right ofthe target.

Step 9.As the left arm becomes parallel to the ground on the follow throughside, the left elbow should begin to fold and point to the left hipsocket. This is important so that you can keep your arms more infront of the body rather than around to the side as it was in thebackswing. This move will also help to increase balance and speed.
