Automatic Material LoadingThe operator places the new

material onto the loadingconveyor and notifies the

controller that the material isready. After completion of theprevious material, thecontroller automaticallypulls the next length ofmaterial across onto therollers where it is thenfed into the cutting areafor measurement andprocessing.

Out-feed rollers and cross feed An integrated out-feed rollerconveyor system is provided toassist with unloading finished parts.Rollers feed the material out of the

machine and it is then pulledsideways onto the unloading area.1.5mtr spacing on first three cross-feeds caters for smaller parts.
