Through the lens of Charlie Changeman each walk allows individuals to explore the natural world, challenge perceptions, consider challenges and/or opportunities, and identify actions that make businesses more resilient.

These virtual nature walks take an hour, are easy to organise and are hosted by Sally Palethorpe. And as we are allowed to get out more we are also planning our first ‘live’ walk on the 20th May.

Become a Change PractitionerWe are introducing a *NEW* training programme. Sharing our change knowledge and practical skills to develop individuals as change practitioners within businesses to help them make those changes that deliver long term improvements.

We have focussed our energies on creating a change practitioner course that builds on our experience working across the UK delivering sustained business change. The course can be attended by anyone who is implementing changes both large and small. The sessions are virtual and open to anyone to attend.
