Wayne Oudit is a regional Consultant andTrainer with over ten (10) years experience inFinance, Auditing, Human Resources, andGeneral Management. He is a Fellow (FCCAstatus) of the Association of Chartered CertifiedAccountants (ACCA).

Mr. Oudit founded the Training and Consultancycompany - International Quality SolutionsLimited in 2005. Over these past four (4) yearshe developed and delivered training workshopsfor more than 2,000 entrepreneurs in the fieldsof Financial Management; Human Resources;Strategic Planning; and General Management.

He is currently a Business Strategy and Financefacilitator for the Arthur Lok Jack, GraduateSchool of Business. Additionally, within theCaribbean, he has trained ACCA students in thefields of Advanced Auditing, Financial andManagement Accounting.

Mr. Oudit has held the position of ChiefFinancial Officer at the Caribbean New MediaGroup Ltd (CNMG) from the company'sinception in November 2005 to January 2009.
