Workbox: an advanced platform for business process creation and management Workbox is a useful tool for defining the flow of simple documents like invoices, absences, sick leaves or business trip settlements. It also enables more complex workflow modeling of business process. Using Windows Workflows Foundation you arrange workflow states into a process model in an efficient and simple way.

Designed for managers or consultants familiar with company business processes, Workbox offers an answer to corporate users' needs. Managers can easily define and implement workflows. No technical knowledge is required. Processes are represented in flowcharts you built with a graphical designer.
No matter how complicated, each Workflow business process is neatly displayed as a chart. Validation becomes easy for the manager while charts are self-explanatory to the user.
You don’t need any specific technical knowledge to create/add a new business process. A basic knowledge of SharePoint and workflow patterns will be enough. Workflows are based on workflow states, as in Windows Workflow Fundation. Complex non-sequential business processes can be created intuitively.
Workbox is fully integrated with Microsoft SharePoint platform. Processes are either launched directly from SharePoint lists or start automatically when a new element appears.
