Meeting their information needs does not just mean buying materials

We can save their time by providing clear guidance on appropriate tools, and statistics show our work is valued

Access is impeded if users aren’t aware of how to interpret data

Discovery tools like China Maxx provide more information than library catalogs or

online bookstores

Purchasing individual titles are much, much cheaper than using ILL.
